Well, our DI ratio is too high. No surprise there. I figured it would be. What a whirlwind of a week I’ve had! Sunday I woke up and went to church, by the afternoon, I was filling out information about a loan! Monday, we put down money to hold a house, and by Tuesday, we were denied. I wish that we could have been approved, but it’s OK, because now we can do this on our own. We can get our finances together and then buy our own place on our own. I can’t wait for it to happen. I wish we could have gotten it to happen now, but you know, it’s probably good that it didn’t. When we get our finances in order, it WILL happen!!
